簡単な自己紹介です。
高校時代は部活に明け暮れていて、部活引退と同時に大学受験の勉強を始めました。
そこでは3ヶ月ほどで偏差値が20上がるという経験をしています。
また、中学校社会科・高校日本史の教員免許を持っています。
大学時代から、学習ボランティアや塾講師として教育に携わってきました。
現在も塾で働いていて、講師歴は7年目になります。
勉強が苦手な生徒に特化した塾で、勉強のモチベーションを高めることに定評があります(現在空きコマ待ちの状況です)

考え方を変える
社会人の方が勉強をするためには、まず考え方を変える必要があります。
それは勉強に対する考え方です。
本来、勉強をするのは将来の自分のためですが、学校教育を受けてきている多くの方にとって、
勉強とはやらされるもの、テストのためのものという間違った考えが染み込んでいます。
この考え方のままだと、定期テストなどの成績がない社会人では、勉強を継続できなくなってしまいます。
勉強の習慣を作る前に、勉強とは自分のために能動的にやるのものだという認識に変える必要があります。
日本人は学ばないと言われることも多いですが、本来死ぬまで勉強し続ける事は当然のことです。
まずはマインドから変えられると良いと思います。
自分のやりたいことに繋がっている目標を立てる
強制的に勉強させられる機会の少ない社会人では、自分で勉強する内容を決めていきます。
その内容は、自分が将来なりたい・やりたいことへと繋がっている必要があります。
出来れば、直近で必要なことに加えて5年後くらいを見据えて勉強できると良いと思います。
自由な働き方をしたければプログラミングを学ぶことも良いと思いますし、収入をあげたければ英語のスキルが必要になるかも知れません。
自分のなりたい状態から逆算して、勉強する内容を決めていく事が大切です。
今の社会の流れも考慮することは重要だと思いますが、それで続かなければ意味がありません。
そもそも今の社会は発信する事がとても容易なので、大抵のことは勉強して無意味になる事はありません。
身につけたスキルや知識は、後々活用する方法を考えていけば良いのです。
まずは自分の感情を出発点として、勉強方針を決めて欲しいと思います。
時間と場所を固定する
社会人となると、学生の頃よりも自分で時間と場所を決められるはずです。
家事との両立などの課題はあると思いますが、可能な限り自分が勉強しやすい時間と場所を決め、スケジュールとして固定する事が理想です。
同じ喫茶店に通っていると、顔見知りの仲間が増えていきます。
すると、毎日通う事が当然となります。
そのループに入ると、継続することが全く苦ではなくなってきます。
最低限の目標を立てておく
社会人になると、人付き合いでの飲み会など不測の事態が習慣化の障害となる事があると思います。
一日継続できなくなることで、モチベーションが下がり
結局習慣になる前に、やめてしまった経験があるのではないでしょうか。
その対策としては、最低限の目標を決めておく事です。
たとえ飲み会に行ったとしても、最低これだけはやるという目標です。
どれだけ帰りが遅くなっても、ノートを1分間だけは見る
などの目標が最適です。
1日1分でも、1年間続けると6時間を超えます。
何もしていないよりも、はるかに良いです。
また、どれだけ忙しくても
1分くらいはノートなどを読み事はできるはずです。
最低限の目標だけでも継続できると、モチベーションを下げずに取り組むことができるのでオススメの方法です。

多くの人が言っている事ですが、日本に生きるという事はとてもラッキーな事です。
課題は多くありますが、一定の生活水準は約束されているといえます。
また、多くの人が学びをやめてしまう環境でもあります。
つまり、自分が学ぶとその分成長が大きいという事です。
これからは対戦相手が日本人だけではありませんが、学ぶことのメリットはとても大きい事は明白です。
少しずつ継続していけると良いと思います。
